This policy describes the personal data Netspire Media collects through netspiremedia.com and in the course of running our business, how we use it, and the rights available to you. Questions about this policy can be directed to the contact details at the end of this page.

1. Who we are

Netspire Media provides lead generation and advertising services to businesses. The business is established in Poland and operates remotely, with no physical office or entity outside Poland.

The data controller is:

This entity is responsible for the personal data described in this policy under the GDPR.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal data of anyone who visits netspiremedia.com, submits our form, books a call, contacts us, or becomes our client. For that data, Netspire Media is the data controller.

Separately, we run advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. People who respond to those campaigns submit their information through forms belonging to the campaign, and that data is delivered to the client who commissioned it. In that context Netspire Media acts as a service provider (processor) on the client's instructions, and the client is the controller of that data.

Campaign lead data is not collected through this website and is not used by us for our own marketing. Anyone with questions about data submitted to a client's campaign should contact that client, whose own privacy policy governs it.

Where you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send SMS messages relating to your inquiry, scheduled calls, or active engagement with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and delivery is not guaranteed by mobile carriers.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You may decline SMS contact and still work with us by email or phone.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@netspiremedia.com.

We retain records of consent and opt-out requests as required for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable telecommunications regulations.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive, and is shared only with the messaging platform that transmits them on our behalf.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies for basic analytics and to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Pixel. Cookies may be blocked or cleared through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not prevent the site from functioning, but will limit our ability to measure advertising performance.

We share personal data only with the service providers required to operate the business, each acting on our behalf:

• HighLevel Inc. — our booking calendar, CRM, and messaging platform. Processes contact, scheduling, and communication data.
• Meta Platforms Inc. — Meta Pixel, used for advertising delivery and measurement. Processes browsing and ad interaction data.
• Payment providers — used to process invoices and payments from clients.
• Hosting providers — used to operate the website. Process server logs and IP addresses.

These providers may process data outside your country of residence. See "International data transfers" below for the safeguards that apply.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to sites we do not operate, including client websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing personal data to it.

9. International data transfers

Netspire Media is established in Poland, and our clients and service providers are located mainly in the United States. Personal data collected through this site may therefore be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses, an applicable adequacy decision, or another safeguard recognized under Chapter V of the GDPR.

10. Data retention

Unless deletion is requested sooner, personal data is retained as follows:

• Contact and business details: up to 3 years following the last interaction.
• Communication and SMS consent records: for as long as required to evidence compliance, typically 4 years.
• Analytics and cookie data: up to 26 months, or until consent is withdrawn.
• Records required by law (e.g. accounting): for the period required under Polish law, typically 5 years.

11. Rights under the GDPR

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no continuing basis for processing it.
• Restriction or objection — limit or object to certain processing, including profiling.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

12. Rights of California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, provides California residents with the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
• Delete personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Netspire Media does not sell personal information. The use of Meta Pixel may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA's definition, as it supports advertising measurement. This may be opted out of by disabling cookies in your browser or by contacting us directly.

Requests may be submitted to info@netspiremedia.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is processed; we will respond within 45 days.

13. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If we become aware that we have done so, the data will be deleted promptly.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. While no system can guarantee complete security, these measures are maintained and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
